Our Mission

Our mission is simple: keep men working, walking and getting outdoors on their own two feet. Insoles, stretchers and big brand boots never fixed it. So we listened to thousands of men who stand on concrete all day, hunt, hike and shovel snow, and built IronStep with input from U.S. podiatrists around what really happens to a foot after 10 hours on hard ground.
